The price of embroidery depends on two main factors:
The size of the image
The total quantity to be embroidered
Each logo must be digitized before production, which incurs a preparation fee (called a digitization fee). The fee is charged only once per file ($49.00).
The cost of embroidery is calculated based on the number of stitches in your design.
Example:
2″ × 2″ ~ approximately 4,000 stitches
4″ × 4″ ~ approximately 8,000 stitches
However, embroidery becomes more cost-effective for bulk orders, as the preparation fee is spread over a larger number of units. In other words, the higher the quantity, the lower the unit cost, while maintaining premium, durable, and elegant quality.
This is why embroidery is often preferred for corporate apparel, uniforms, caps, and promotional items, where durability and professional presentation are essential.
