The price of screen printing depends on two main factors:
The number of colors in your design
The total quantity to be printed
Each color requires the creation of a separate screen, which incurs additional preparation fees (called setup fees). This is why designs with multiple colors cost a bit more to produce.
However, screen printing becomes very cost-effective for bulk orders, as these preparation fees are spread over a larger number of units. In other words, the higher the quantity, the lower the unit price per print, while maintaining superior print quality and accurate Pantone colors.
This is why screen printing is often preferred for medium to large orders or projects requiring premium quality and excellent durability.
